Slope-side Parking

 

River Run Gondola Lot - Free

Access to River Run Village and the Mountain via the River Run Gondola or Summit Express Lift. This lot typically fills up by 10am. on weekends and holidays.

  • Family Parking: Preferred upfront spots for families (traveling with kids 12 & under in the car), on a first-come, first-serve basis while available.
  • HOV Parking: Preferred upfront spots for vehicles with 4+ occupants, on a first-come, first-serve basis while available. 
  • Day Parking: Free
  • Overnight Parking: $25
  • No overnight camping allowed

Mountain House East D - Free

The closest free lot to the lifts! Access to the Mountain House Base Area and the Mountain via the Peru Express Lift.

Mountain House West A & B - Pay Parking

Conveniently located in the Mountain House Base Area steps away from our learning area on Discovery Lift. The lot with the shortest walk to Mountain House Kids Ski School!

  • Friday - Sunday and Peak Days: $25
  • Monday - Thursday (non-peak): $15
  • Overnight: $25
  • No overnight camping allowed.

Shuttle Parking Lots

  • Overflow parking as other lots fill throughout the day.
  • Highway signage directs guests to when these lots are being used.
  • Free, in-resort shuttle to mountain base areas every 10-15 minutes.

Helpful Parking Tips

Carpool+: Don't go it alone! In support of our efforts to reduce emissions and get on the slopes with ease, Keystone highly encourages guests to participate in carpooling to the resort - especially on weekends and holidays. Keystone also offers family and carpool parking (groups of 4 or more) up front in its River Run and Mountain House East parking lots, so that you can spend less time in the car and more time on snow.

Camping: Camping is not permitted at Keystone resort. This is based upon Keystones Land Use Agreement with Summit County Government. Guests who are lodging within Keystone may park their RV or campers in oversized vehicle parking area (For oversized vehicle registration please visit Keystone Condo registration). However they are not permitted to camp (sleep in the vehicle or camper overnight). There are limited areas that camping is permitted in the surrounding area.

  • Located directly across the highway from the Keystone Lodge, use this parking lot while you visit Lakeside Village, Adventure Center and the Keystone ice rink, the Keystone Spa and Bighorn Bistro & Bar.
  • For your safety, please use the underground pedestrian walkway to cross the highway, and feel free to drop family members off at the Keystone Lodge before parking.
